Application Engineering and Maintenance Ltd was established in 1991 and since 1994 has been located in Uxbridge, Middlesex. From this Office the company is conveniently placed to service a Client base located through out the M25, M4, M40 and M3 main arterial routes.

AEM Ltd was established as an independent specialist “Building Energy Management System” installer and support company.

The company’s philosophy is based on the development of long term and mutually beneficial trading relationships with both its clients and suppliers.

We have achieved this through a policy of openness, honesty, quality and a value for money service responsive to the needs of the client and delivering innovative service levels through our in house expertise.

These policies can be seen to be successful with 60% of our business turnover being generated by 30% of our customer base.
