Sefton Park in Stoke Poges is stooped in history, once owned by “Lord Sefton” was at one point in its history the headquarters of Glaxo. In 1990 the estate was redeveloped as a business park providing four office buildings and the original House was converted into a Head Quarters office facility.

In the early nineties Hitachi Data Systems took on the lease for the Old House and two of the new buildings and established their European Headquarters on site.

Since that time AEM have undertaken the maintenance of the control system in these three buildings, in addition we have at various times been responsible for the two other buildings on site.

Currently we visit the site and carry out a fully PPM inspection twice annually, following each visit a fully comprehensive report is issued to the client detailing any failings with the equipment and recommendations to improve the operation.

In addition we currently have responsibility for the controls maintenance on the fourth building on site known as Villiers Court. This building was subject to a major refurbishment in 2005. During these works a fully integrated Trend BEMS was installed to operate and control the main ventilation and heating plant located in the roof plant room, each individual fan coil (total 120 number) has a Trend controller fitted and networked back to the Trend 963 supervisor located on the ground floor. In addition the BEMS is integrated with the outside lighting for the building.
